Uncle Billy Ray will be missed, a lot of fond memories as a kid, but I was able to be around him some as an adult as well, he was always smiling and cutting up. Love you.

I grew up knowing Uncle Biily Ray as “John”. That’s what my dad always called him. I remember my childhood being spent at his house. Such great memories there. He will truly be missed but, I know where he is, I know he is surrounded in love and light. Until I see you sweet Uncle, give dad a huge hug from me!
